Patch dimensions: 7cm x 5cm
This patch is iron on type, but it's always best to sew it on.
Iron instructions: -Wash the garment and lay it flat on an ironing board 
-Set the iron to the highest heat setting that's appropriate for the fabric of the garment
-Iron the area where you'll place the patch to activate the adhesive
-Place the patch face up on the garment
-Cover the patch with a thin cloth or towel to protect the fabric and the patch from the heat
-Press down firmly on the patch with the iron in a slow circular motion for about 30 seconds
-Turn the garment inside out and iron the back of the patch for another 30 seconds
-Allow the patch area to cool for about a minute
-If the edge of the patch can be lifted, repeat the ironing steps
-Enjoy your new patch!
