Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
We offer reliable shipping across all Canadian provinces and territories.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

U.S. & International Shipping
We offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

U.S. Shipping: 4–10 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note: Customs processing may cause delays for U.S. and international orders.

Duties & Taxes
For international orders, including the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details typically activate within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number.
